Kelli Lay is a native of Hugo, Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor and a master's degree in psychology and organizational behavior. Kelli began her professional career with Hertz Corporation in Oklahoma City. In 2001, she joined Irish Realty Corporation where she led operations for the company. From 2009 to 2017, Kelli guided an Oklahoma American Indian tribe through over fifty economic development transactions in her role as Senior Vice President at Kennedy Consulting Team. Kelli is currently a partner and CEO at StellaNova Coffee.

 

In 2018, Kelli was elected to the Deer Creek School Board in Edmond, Oklahoma. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for Heartline, Inc., Board Vice President for Citizens Caring for Children, Administration Council at Church of the Servant and Deer Creek Arts Council. Kelli was recently appointed to the Education Foundation for the Oklahoma Psi Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority.

 

Kelli and her husband, Brent, have two daughters. They are active volunteers in children’s ministry and coaching YMCA sports leagues
